I’m Md Ridoy Hasan, known as Trainer Ridoy — born in 1995 in a remote village of Sherpur, Bangladesh. Once a boy from a struggling family with big dreams, today I’m the founder of Grammo Food & More Brands — one of the country’s leading safe and organic food companies, employing 100+ passionate individuals.

But this journey is more than business — it’s a story of self-belief, sacrifice, and relentless effort. Along the way, I equipped myself with both government and private training, and mastered digital marketing, brand growth strategies and real-world entrepreneurship — all from scratch.

Now, I dedicate my life to empowering those who truly want to grow, lead, and transform. That’s why I’m now known as Trainer Ridoy.

Since 2022, I have trained 10,000+ students and managed $2M+ in Meta ad spend — so everything I teach comes from real campaigns, not theory.
